The Anti-GoalSo I have alot of goals. And I try to write them down. But I notice that when I don't complete one I start to feel guilty. Time-contraints make me nervous. My goal is to not have feel anxiety or guilt when setting goals. And to let them occur naturally without a set time. Instead of goals, I'll have ideas. You have to be a Gaia member to post comments.
